MTVN and BETN Name Melody Tan Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Operations, Content Distribution and Marketing



Newly York, Apr 14 -- MTV Networks (MTVN) and Bet Networks
(BETN), units of Viacom (Big board: VIA, VIA.B), today announced the promotion
of Melodic line Topaz to Elder Vice United States President, Strategy and Business Operations,
Content Distribution and Marketing (CDM). Topaz will proceed account to
Denise Dahldorf, Executive Vice President of the United States, CDM. Previously, Topaz served as
Vice President, Strategy and Business enterprise Trading operations, CDM.

"Tonal pattern has been a cay player in initiating and driving CDM and MTVN
strategic initiatives, including everything from our long range planning to
our HD and cognitive content strategies," said Dahldorf. "Her speech sound insights and
thoughtful approach have made her an invaluable member of my team and I'm
confident she'll go on to drive conception in our critical distribution
deals while overseeing our day-to-day operations."

Earlier, Suntan worked as a growth strategy adviser for John Mercer
Management Consulting. She received a BA from Harvard University College and an Master in Business Administration
from John Harvard Business School.
